Hello and welcome! I’m Karyn Sprinkle, PMHNP-BC, PMH-C, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in perinatal mental health, substance use disorders, and trauma-informed care. With over 18 years of experience as both a psychiatric provider and labor & delivery nurse, I understand the unique challenges individuals and families face during life’s most important transitions.
My practice is rooted in compassion, evidence-based care, and a commitment to creating a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. Whether you are seeking help with anxiety, depression, medication management, or substance use, I’m here to walk alongside you with personalized care that meets your needs.
